Guys, thanks for reminding me about the red tape and BS.  Really, I appreciate your thoughts very much.

So I have several things to think about here, including my personal motivations, sacrifices that will be required from my family and possibly my career, and all the other stuff.  I am going to let this stuff percolate in my head for a while.  There's no rush and I want to make the right decision for myself and my family.  Dang, I'm thankful for this four-day weekend!
