| That's the one thing I do like about the Iraq's system. You get sentenced, the sentence is affirmed threough the appeals process and if it's not overturned death within 30 days BY LAW The problem with the American system is that there will always be those bleeding heart types that feel that capital punishment is wrong, nevermind what these animals did to their victims.

I heard years ago that it cost the taxpayers on average 10 million dollars to keep someone on death row due to the appeals processes. Probably a hell of a lot more today. That asshole deserved Old Sparky or a bullet 19 years ago.
