I dont mean to just jump in as a newbee but I had the 8 min mile in my class at D co (the beer machine co) but I and the tiny female Major kept up with the Marine Recon on our left ane the SEALs on our right. We had the ONLY stick that passed the class exactly as it started the class.
To do that,
1. Do 150 pushups in sets as amany times per day as possible.
2. Equal in situps.
3. Run 10+ miles per day.
4. NEVER quit.
1,2,and 3 are totally optional but 4 is not.You are a no-go at the inprocessing station, troop. First, you need to fill out the bio in your profile. Second, you need to open your own topic in the new personnel reporting forum(not the qualification range like the original poster did) to introduce yourself to the others here. Once you have done that feel free to jump in and your .02 to the topics. However, we prefer that you not dredge up real old dead topics. Hooah?
