Last time I was cleaning up my jet, I came across on the floor, a St. Michaels medal. You know, the one with St. Mike on the front, with the parachutes in the background and of all things, a 2/503rd/173rd ABN BDE on the back with the 503rd crest on it. In two colors.

I hate to do this, but I'm gonna be generous.

If one of you 2/503rd knuckleheads would like to take this off my grubby little paws, I'll send it to you gratis.

Just pm me your addy and I'll send it to you.

I can't believe I'm doing this..........I must be going soft.

Old age will do that to you

Actually there's some 503rd guys around here, I can try to locate a recipient if you like.

Where was the bird located at when you found it? All of the BN is currently deployed. Must be from one of the guys who PCS'd out of the unit recently.

I knowq it isn't mine because I was in the 2nd Bat before Michael was a saint.

The hippo is unpredictable and aggressive with old scars and fresh, deep wounds providing signs of daily fights that are accompanied by much bellowing, neighing and snorting.

Italy, it could have been sitting on the floor for months.........I usually do a walk around searching the floors and usually I find stuff. Small stuff tends to congregate in the nooks and crannies. I have found knives, ammo pouches, ammo, etc. No weapons yet. or PVS-7s.......
