Forward Support Company

Description
The 816th Forward Support Company (Airborne) in Pascagoula MS has positions ranging from PFC to MAJ. This is a drilling all airborne TPU.

The parent unit is the multi-component BTB (A) at Fort Bragg NC . which is currently supporting Special Operations Forces deployed worldwide. The unit's mission is to support Special Operations Forces forward deployed.

Positions are available with a medical section, truck squads, transportation management teams, supply platoon, food service section, ammunition section, water treatment section, engineer section and a maintenance section (vehicles, generators, weapons, metal working).

Main Support Company

723rd Main Support Company (Airborne), Miami FL

Description:
The 723rd Main Support Company (Airborne) in Miami FL has positions ranging from PFC to CPT. This is a drilling all airborne TPU.

The parent unit is the multi-component BTB (A) at Fort Bragg NC . which is currently supporting Special Operations Forces deployed worldwide. The unit's mission is to support Special Operations Forces forward deployed.

It has a medical section with doctor and nurse positions, medical logistics section, dental section, food service section, supply platoon, airdrop section, maintenance section (vehicles, generators, weapons, metal working), shower section, laundry section, metal fabrication section, mortuary affairs section, engineer section, and a supply contracting management section.

This unit is scheduled to change in support of the USASOC CSS transformation within the next two years. This change will expand the mission to include the task of augmenting the active component Headquarters of the Sustainment Brigade.

This augmentation will include: umt section, personnel services section, communications section, combat service support automation management section and a logistic planning section all
with slice elements with duty at Fort Bragg NC .

I would just like to say to those who may be looking into this opportunity, be ready for some very hard work. I cannot speak directly about the MS unit, but the Miami unit has a very long way to go to become operationally fit. When the 528th SOSB still existed, we spent over a year trying to get this unit ready to stand up for the eventuality that we would shut down, and it was a very long painful road. Yeesh!!! To be honest, I thought they would have been folded under by now.
