However, it was his house, his party, his responsibility! Just this past weekend, some people had a party for their Daughter who recently graduated from HS. There was liquor and reportedly weed at the party, and several teenagers under 18. The Parents are now in Jail, some of the teenagers have come forward and said the Parents did not know about the underage drinking or drugs - too bad. They are responsible. I see no difference in responsibility between the two incidents. Just my .02

| I can see a difference in that the parents were just that, parents to an underage child, and on the premises, the Dr. may have given someone a key and expected them to act as responsible adults. I don't know the facts, and I am usually the first to say he was in charge, he was responsible, but i think there may be extenuating circumstances here.

The doctor makes a good case for it being a set up. Why the others involved would do so, well that kind of pkes a few holes in the defense. Doesn't make sense for them to go along with it, unless they are unaware of being part of a set up that is.
It just seems so convenient... A midshipman being booted from the academey is trying to extort money from this Doctor, and all of a sudden he just happens to "find" these films??
