Hey all,
I was station in Vicenza from 80-82, CSC TOW platoon. I was reading through some of the posts and a few brought back memories.
I couple of thoughts were the earthquake relief down south Naples, the whole Gen Dozier mess. Also remember cruising on the train to Venice a couple of times......drinking all the way......doing push ups tell I thought I would drop dead trying to memorize them damn tank ID cards...
Anyways, just thought I'd drop a line....

I couple of thoughts were the earthquake relief down south Naples, the whole Gen Dozier mess. Me and two other Sergeants were mending injuries from an error in judgement in El Salvador while some of the Operations Squadron we were part of was setting up the Italian "Leatherheads" to take all the credit for rescuing Dozier. Handed it all over to someone else on a silver platter as usual......very, very frustrating.
