Be disconcern no more trooper.  I usually don't part with information unless asked.  I filled out the requested information when I signed up.  Here are some highlights to put your mind at ease.

US Army- 22 years- Military Police.  Just retired last year (can you guess where?).  Spent over 14 years with the Paratroopers;

Sinai & Desert Storm- 82nd MP Company
Bosnia- 21st MP Company (ABN)
Iraqi Freedom- 503rd MP Battalion (ABN)  (w/101st Airborne Division in Mosul)

Master rated.  Also earned Canadian, Polish, French, El Salvadorian Jump Wings and the 82nd Airborne Centurion pin.  Life member with the 82nd Airborne Association and the VFW.

Won't bore you with the rest as it were with leg units and not quite so exciting (no common bonding).

Anything else Paratrooper?

1SG,

Shoot me a PM with your name.  I may know you.  I was in the 21st from Dec 98 to June 2002.  I was also in Bosnia the same time with a company out of Germany.  I probably know you and some of your soldiers.

Thanks for the PM Top.

For what it's worth the 1SG is good to go and a paratrooper from back in the day.

Welcome to the site Top!

I try to give new troopers some time to come in and get things figured out. The reason for the rough treatment was that over the years you get people who start up thier own website and then self promote on someone elses website. As I stated, we jump on the ones that are not about the community because usually they are out to pickup some site visitors and capitalize on this site being so heavily searched by google and the other search engines.

In this instance I was all for patience but I get a little hot when my graphics get lifted. Things got corrected and we're all good now and I am happy to always promote good Airborne materials... expanding the paratrooper community offline and online is what ive been trying to do for years.

Forgive the overzealous types here, they protecting the site because it has become thier home as much as mine so it was out of loyalty to PNET.

I hope you enjoy the site... and you'll see that its not all about dog piles here.
