This falls along the lines of defacing the Quran, (which doesn't go over too well with the muslim nation from what I can tell) but why doesn't the military print a whole bunch of U.S. friendly versions of the Quran and discretely distribute them all over the Middle East. Not major changes, just enough to calm things down.Now there is an idea! Sounds like a job for our PsyOps guys.
