Weeellllll now ---- "CITIZIN" is how foriginers says it. But now,"CITIZEN" is how we says it and if we "CITIZENS" take up arms, well, we just "OUTLAWS". HOWEVER, I'll fix it.

"A citizen who takes up arms, is no longer a civilian".

So.. by a show of hands.. how many of you have noticed a link in the upper right called
Control Panel
 which would just seem to BEG you to click it and then CONTROL something.. well... what would YOU be able to CONTROL on a FORUM?

If the mystery and riddle of the sphyx above hasnt brought enlightenment then I would suggest that you go over to the FAQ section and look at a couple topics posted yesterday.
