I know he should be redeploying right now, but with things the way they are down there I don't know if he has internet access or when he will be able to check in.  I thought I would see if someone here has been in contact with him recently.

Checked on him when all the Katrina stuff was starting.. he is still deployed and his home was 150 miles WEST of the impact area... his mother and father lived IN the impact area but were staying at his home during the event. Since that communication I havent heard.
