| I don't know if this has been posted or not but I just found out that any of you who have been activated to go to sandland can have any interest rates on any loans incurred before your activation dropped to 6% or less BY FEDERAL LAW. I hope this helps someone.

yes, on all of your credit card bills, mortgages, etc have to be lowered to 6%. When hubby was deployed though, most of the interest rates were way lower than the 6%, but they only lowered ours to the 6%. Some people even got their credit cards reduced to 0%, but only during the time they were deployed.
