      Admiral Mullen is officially on his way to become CNO.  Hoss, you were right.  People were right about you.  You are indeed a valuable insider.  Admiral Mullen is truly qualified to succeed Clark, & the Navy needs him to lead them NOW.  God bless this Administration for choosing Admiral Mullen & I hope the Admiral has lots of success in everything he does in this new, & challenging job.  Thanks, Hoss.
