Yup, she should fight this one. This Deputy must have his head up his ass. Any judge in their right mind would throw this one out. I hate to say it, but she might want to go and speak with someone in that dept.'s command element, ie; a sergeant. Not to slam the deputy, but to slam his actions for giving her a ticket.

I Talked to her and she got a call from her lawyer all charges were droped and a letter was sent  the co. Sheriff about his Deptuys actions
